By accessing or using the Link'dUp™ website at officiallinkdup.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or does, exclude or limit any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, or (for users in the Republic of Ireland) the Consumer Protection Act 2007.

Link'dUp™ is an unscripted entertainment brand producing video content and running skill-based prize competitions for audiences in the United Kingdom and Ireland. 3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, copy, or extract content from the Website
• Transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or malicious content via any form or contact mechanism on the Website
• Submit false or misleading information, including false competition entries or false applications to appear on the show
• Impersonate any person, entity, or brand
• Use the Website to harass, threaten, or abuse any individual, including members of the public who appear in Link'dUp™ content. Sending harassing or threatening communications may constitute a criminal offence under the Communications Act 2003 and falls within the scope of harmful content regulated under the Online Safety Act 2023

4. User Conduct — Content Featuring Real People

Link'dUp™ features real people in its content. You must not use the Website, our social media channels, or any contact method provided by us to:

• Post, share, or encourage defamatory, harassing, or abusive comments about individuals who appear in our content
• Reproduce, share, or distribute clips or images of individuals featured in our content in a way that is deceptive, misleading, sexualised without consent, or designed to harm their reputation
• Attempt to identify, locate, or contact participants through means other than their publicly shared information

Link'dUp™ reserves the right to report abusive conduct to the relevant platform or law enforcement where appropriate.

5. Content Disclaimer

Link'dUp™ content is produced for entertainment purposes. It is not intended as factual reporting, journalism, or commentary on the personal lives of participants beyond what participants have consented to share. Any opinions expressed by participants are their own and do not represent the views of Link'dUp™. The following disclaimer applies to all content published on the Link'dUp™ website, YouTube channel, TikTok, and Instagram:

• All participants gave informed consent to appear in filmed content before filming took place
• Content may be edited for length, clarity, and entertainment value
• Viewer comments, reactions, or interpretations do not represent the views of Link'dUp™
• Link'dUp™ content must not be reproduced, re-uploaded, or redistributed on other platforms without the prior written consent of Link'dUp™
• Any third-party content appearing in our videos (including music) is used under licence or fair dealing provisions. Rights enquiries should be directed to hello@officiallinkdup.com

Complaint mechanism for individuals featured in content. Any individual who appears in Link'dUp™ content and who has a concern about how they are portrayed — including any belief that content is inaccurate, defamatory, or that their consent has been exceeded — may contact us at hello@officiallinkdup.com. We take all such complaints seriously and will acknowledge them within 5 business days and respond substantively within 14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, images, video content, logos, graphics, and the Link'dUp™ brand — is owned by or licensed to Link'dUp™ and is protected by copyright and trademark law. "Link'dUp™" is a registered trademark. Unauthorised use of this trademark is prohibited.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing of links to our Website and social media content is permitted.

7. Video Content

Link'dUp™ video content is hosted on YouTube. Use of YouTube is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Link'dUp™ is not responsible for YouTube's availability, content policies, or any changes to how content is displayed or accessed on that platform.

8. Competition Terms

All prize competitions run by Link'dUp™ are subject to separate Competition Terms and Conditions. By entering a competition, you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms of Use. Competition entry fees are non-refundable except in the circumstances set out in the Competition Terms.

9. Brand Partnerships and Sponsored Content

Link'dUp™ works with commercial brand partners. Where content is produced in partnership with or sponsored by a brand:

• Such content will be clearly labelled in accordance with the ASA/CAP Code and the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (e.g., "Ad", "Sponsored", or "In partnership with [Brand]")
• Link'dUp™ retains editorial control over all content published on its platforms
• The presence of brand partnership content does not constitute an endorsement by Link'dUp™ of the partner's products or services beyond what is expressly stated in the content
• Prizes supplied by brand partners are subject to the relevant brand's own product warranties and terms of supply. Link'dUp™ is not liable for the quality, safety, or fitness for purpose of prize items supplied by third-party brands.

10. Influencer and Creator Relationships

Where Link'dUp™ engages influencers, creators, or talent to promote competitions, episodes, or brand partnerships:

• All such promotional content will be disclosed in accordance with the ASA/CAP Code requirements and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) Guidance on Social Media Endorsements 2023 ("CMA Influencer Guidance 2023")
• Link'dUp™ requires all engaged creators to label promotional content with "#ad", "#sponsored", or equivalent disclosure as required by applicable advertising standards and CAP Code rules 2.1–2.4
• If you are a creator or influencer engaged by Link'dUp™, you are responsible for ensuring your posts comply with the CAP Code, the CMA Influencer Guidance 2023, and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
• Failure to properly disclose paid or gifted promotional content may result in termination of the commercial relationship and referral to the ASA
• Link'dUp™ is not responsible for the content of promotional posts published by third-party influencers or creators, including any failure by a creator to comply with ASA/CAP Code standards in posts over which Link'dUp™ does not have direct editorial control. Each creator publishing paid or gifted promotional content does so as an independent party and is solely responsible for their compliance obligations under applicable advertising law

11. User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to Link'dUp™ — including competition entries, application forms, messages, or photographs — you grant Link'dUp™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content in connection with operating our services and promoting Link'dUp™. You confirm that any content you submit is your own original work and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and that you have all necessary consents from any individuals appearing in photographs or videos you submit.

12. Third-Party Links

The Website contains links to third-party websites including social media platforms and payment processors. These links are provided for convenience only. Link'dUp™ does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
